My wife & I are moving in the next two weeks. As preparation I've been cleaning certain parts of the house. My own dirtiest mess is primarily digital. Found this image (from high school) on a CD-R. "ROBIN" is an original drawing I must have scanned in somewhere. I think this was for a biology class and we were watching our plants grow under the effects of slightly different water/light/etc... Wow. This is old.

Below is one of my first attempts at a desktop wallpaper for a very old computer. It looks like I was an idiot back then, but I was also a Radiohead fan, so all hope wasn't yet lost. What was I thinking? Well, I probably wasn't... but I only had MS Paint so it couldn't have been much better, really.

Based on the text  in the image below this was probably "inspired" by the Radiohead song Lucky from their 1997 album OK Computer. I'd be thrilled if someone with some time and wire-art experience actually envisioned this drawing in 3-D. Feel free, however, to remove the goatee. Again: what was I thinking.

Okay... so since we've taken a trip through the past... I promise to put up some of my stuff from recently in the near future (scouts honor: it's better).

This summer I became officially unemployed (at least in relation to the small amount of available employment in the department where I normally work). This has led to some interesting measures taking place. I'm marketing myself.

This summer I'm working on a number of varied projects concurrently to make up for the lost income. One of those projects is graphic design. I have ample experience designing theatrical posters (specifically) but I've also designed banners, logos, newspaper ads, brochures, and the occasional business card.
